So on Sunday evening I carved my first ever pumpkin and I'm glad to report that it was a success! I'll let the pictures do most of the talking though!

It's hollow inside?! |
I probably should stop and explain better, but you see all week people have been telling me to make pumpkin soup so when I opened it up I expected to find lots of pulp in there (to make into soup!) and I certainly did NOT expect it to be mostly hollow! So all the insides were thrown out because (and I'm sorry to sound a snob here), I don't eat seeds - I'm not a bird! LOL. Graze sent me some in their postal boxes and I hated them so much I couldn't disable them fast enough, never again! :)

Fear Jack Pumpkinhead! |
Okay so I wasn't very adventurous, but since I didn't really know what to expect playing it safe sounded the best idea and I think it turned out just fine :) Next year maybe I'll try and be a bit more creative! :)
