Snow

It's been pretty cold lately, much colder than normal:


Yes I'm well aware that's nothing for places like Canada (or Siberia!), but for us that's COLD. There's a possibility that we might get snow tonight (I think I'm the only person in the UK not to get snow yet!) and the Met Office has issued an alert... but then they did that a few times before and we had nothing :( An hour ago it was spitting out snow, but it wasn't settling and it's stopped completely now. I'm still crossing my fingers though...

Edit: "Normal" England temperature is (probably) between about -2 degrees and 26 degrees Celsius (that's looking at the whole year and just a guess based on my own experiences). Anything outside of that and the whole country falls apart because we simply can't cope with it - Shocking isn't it?
